Giovanni Bolla moved to the United States in the 1970’s from Northern Italy. He worked as a chef in prestigious establishments, such as the Beverly Hills Hotel and Beverly Wilshire hotel. He opened his own catering company in the lat 1970’s and catered and cooked for patrons of Los Angeles. Some notable individuals that Giovanni Bolla has cooked or catered for include: Richard Burton, Jerry Buss, Giorgio Armani, Tom Bradley, Jane Seymour, Ella Fitzgerald, Rod Stewart and more.
